Connect Outlook Contacts to RingCentral
Objective:
At the end of this module you will be able to connect your Outlook Contacts to your RingCentral app for easy contact calling.

Connect using the RingCentral Desktop App

Open the RingCentral Desktop app. If you are not logged in, follow the app prompts to login using SSO. Enter your Microsoft login when prompted.

Open the Settings pane.

Select Calendars and contacts.

Under the Microsoft heading, select Sign in with Microsoft.

In the pop up prompt, make sure the options for Personal contacts and Global Address List are checked. Select Connect.

In the following pop up window, sign into your Microsoft account. Complete the MFA authentication if prompted.

After completing the sign in, return to the RingCentral Desktop app. You should have a notification 'Microsoft 365 contacts connected' and the Microsoft 365 account connections should list your email.

Now you can return to the Contacts tab from the left navigation list. When checking the All contacts list, you should now see contacts from Outlook.

Connect using the RingCentral Mobile App

Open the RingCentral Mobile app. If you are not logged in, follow the app prompts to login using SSO. Enter your Microsoft login when prompted. You can also follow the login guide located here.

In the app, select the user icon bubble.

In the User slide out tab, select Connected accounts.

Select Microsoft 365.

Select Connect.

In the pop up prompt, make sure the options for Personal contacts and Global Address List are checked. Select OK.

You will be redirected to login to your Microsoft account. Enter your credentials and complete the MFA authentication if prompted. After successful sign in, you will be redirected to the app.

Your email should be listed under the Microsoft 365 account. Exit the settings panes to return to the main app screen.

Now you can return to the Contacts tab from the bottom navigation list. When checking the Company list, you should now see contacts from Outlook.
