Users can login to the Outlook website directly.
Open https://outlook.office.com/ in a browser. If prompted, enter your Jet Linx email and select Next.
Enter your password and select Sign in. Complete any multi-factor authentication if prompted.

Search for Emails
After having signed into the Outlook for Web page enter a search term in the top search bar, and select the magnifying glass to run the search. Any search results from your primary mailbox will be displayed below the search.
You can refine your search using the down arrow next to the magnifying glass. This will reveal more filters to narrow down your search, including the email dates, subject, from/to, and if the email has an attachment or not.
If you are unable to locate the email in your primary mailbox, you can select your In-Place Archive mailbox from the left navigation pane. This mailbox will contain older messages for archiving.
After expanding the In-Place Archive mailbox, select the folder you want to search for the message in.
Return to the top of the page and enter your search term in the search field, and select the magnifying glass to run the search. Repeat step 2 if needed to refine your search.
If you are unsure of what folder to search in for the message, you can select the drop-down left of the search bar, and select "All folders in Archive. This will run your search against all messages in the In-Place Archive mailbox. This search may take longer as there are more messages it will be searching through.
