Search Outlook Web for Email
At the end of this module you will be able to use the built in Search function in Outlook Web to find emails.
Using the Outlook Web portal you can search through all your active and archived emails.
Open https://outlook.office.com/ in a browser. If prompted, sign in with your Jet Linx email and password, and complete any multi-factor authentication if prompted.
In the Search box, type what you want to search for (a contact, subject, part of a message, or name of a file) and press Enter.
You can use Search filters to refine your search with options like Folders, From, To, Subject, keywords, date ranges, and attachments. To use search filters, select the down arrow at the end of the search box.
When you're done with the search, select Exit Search in the Search box or choose any folder in the navigation pane to exit the search.
