Ring Central has a feature to allow certain users to manage call queues. If you are not seeing this setting then please send in a ticket to email@example.com with manager approval.
When you login you should see this new group management. Go ahead and click Manage Groups
Once you select Groups then make sure to select Call Queues.
Search for the group you need and select the blue name
Flight Concierge - Central FC (<insert base name>)
Maintenance - Maintenance Control Center
Then once you select the call queue you will need to select Call Handling & Members and turn off queue status
