Setup SugarCRM Mobile App

Objective:

At the end of this module you will be able to install and setup the Sugar CRM app on your Android or Apple phone.

Install App

You will navigate to the app store on your phone and install the Microsoft Outlook app.

1. Open your phones App Store, and search for “Microsoft Outlook”
2. Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sugarcrm.nomad&hl=en_US&gl=US)

3. Apple (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-outlook/id951937596)

Setup App

1. Open the SugarCRM app.
2. Enter Instance URL jla.sugarondemand.com and leave Single Sign-On OFF, select Continue
3. Enter your usename and password for Sugar

3. Enter your SugarCRM credentials and select Log In
