Clear WEB app cache on company iPad
Objective:
At the end of this module you will be able to clear the WEB app cache to help speed up and resolve issues with websites failing to load, or taking a long time to load.
Open WEB app, tap the 9 dots at the top and select Settings.
Select Clear Browsing Data, and select Clear All. Force close the Web app and re-open it.
To force close an app: Double tap the Home button, find the app you're looking to close, press and hold the app window, then swipe up (without lifting your finger off the glass) to send it off the screen.
