Add Number to RingCentral Block List

The Ring Central portal can be found at the below link.  If you do not know your login, please follow our guide on logging in here.

1. After logging into your account and navigating to the My Extension Page.  Click on Greetings and Call Screening.

2. Click on Blocked Calls. Here you can add a number to the block list and give it a name to identify why it is being blocked.  Once you have added the desired numbers to be blocked, scroll down the page and select Save.  If you need to remove a number from the block list, simply click Delete next to the number and select Save.
