The Ring Central portal can be found at the below link. If you do not know your login, please follow our guide on logging in here.

- After logging into your account, the main page will look like this. Click on My Extension and select Call Queue Management.
- Click on Settings, then Greeting & Hold Music, Blocked Calls. Here you can add a number to the block list and give it a name to identify why it is being blocked. Once you have added the desired numbers to be blocked, scroll down the page and select Save.
