How to use Domo from an iPad

Use these instructions to access Jet Linx’s Domo instance, understand the structure of the Domo Application for iPad, add pages/cards to both your home and favorite page and filter cards.

Find the Domo Application

The Domo application can be found under the Jet Linx app collection. You can download the application from the app stored if it is not installed.

Login in Domo

Select the Domo app to open it, and then click on SIGN IN at the bottom of the screen.

In the next screen you will have to:

1. Enter jetlinx as the Company URL.
2. Check the Remember company URL
3. Tap on SIGN IN.

Tap SIGN IN at the next screen.

Sign in with your Okta Credentials on the next page.

Navigating Domo

The main screen of the Domo App is your Home page. On the left side of the screen you will see various tiles that represent both cards and pages.

You can customize the order of these tiles by long tapping on them. You can also add new pages or card by tapping on the + icon.

The Navigation bar is located at the bottom of the page and allows you to return to your Home page or view other Pages.

Tap Pages to view all the pages you are assigned to on the left side menu.

The arrow buttons indicate subpages are available from a top-level page. Not all pages have subpages.

Within the Pages screen, you can tap the expand button to make the page show full screen.

A page can have sections or collections. These help you navigate to a section of the page faster.

You can tap on the section header to show the Section Menu.

Card Navigation

There are several things you can do with cards:

1. Change the date filter (if available) by clicking on the blue highlighted date filter under the card heading.
2. Make the card full screen by tapping the wand on the top right.
3. View the Details of the card.

The next image illustrates the Details screen of a card.

In this screen you can ADD TO HOME or ADD TO FAVORITES.

Note: Your Favorites page is found within the Home page.

You can change the date filter after expanding the card to full screen.

At the bottom of the screen are two funnel icons, both of them work as a filter.

Filtering Domo Cards

Tapping the funnel icon will open the filter menu (pictured below).

Tap the + icon to add a filter to the card.  For example:

Tap + Add a filter > select Name > select Is > Type your name > tap Apply.
