After following the link to the PollEV site, you will be prompted to enter your email or username. This is your full Jet Linx Email address. Enter your email and select Next.
It will recognize your account, then prompt to Log in with Jet Linx, select that button.
Now you will see an OKTA login page asking for your username and password. Enter your Jet Linx username, and password. Your username must be all lowercase. Select Sign In.
You will be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication. What you see next will depend on which MFA methods you have setup (OKTA Verify, SMS Authentication).
If you have OKTA Verify setup, this will appear first, prompting you to push the Send Push button. You will receive a notification asking if you just tried to sign in. Clicking on Yes, Its Me confirms your identity, and your sign in to PollEV will continue.
If you would rather enter the 6 digit code from OKTA Verify, you can press Or enter code and it will show a text box you can enter the current code from your OKTA Verify app, and press Verify. This will confirm your identity, and your sign in to PollEV will continue.
If you don't want to use OKTA Verify to confirm your identity, or the push notification isn't working, you can press the down arrow next to the OKTA Verify logo and select SMS Authentication. (If you don't have OKTA Verify, and only SMS Authentication setup, it will default to this screen.)
If you see SMS Authentication, you need to press the Send Code button for the application to text you an authentication code. When you receive the code, type the code that is in the message into the text box, and select Verify. This will confirm your identity, and your sign in to PollEV will continue.
