How to Login to RingCentral Web Admin

Objective:

At the end of this module you will be able to login to the RingCentral Web Admin portal.

Login to RingCentral Web Admin Portal

1. Go to the RingCentral Portal using the link below.
   1. https://login.ringcentral.com/
2. Select Single Sign-On.

3. Enter your Jet Linx email address, select the 'Remember Me' checkbox and select Submit.

4. You will be redirected to an OKTA sign-on page.  Enter your OKTA username and password and select Sign In.  If prompted, complete the Multi Factor authentication on the next page.

5. After logging in you will be directed to the My Extension Home Page.  If you are part of a Call Queue you will be directed to the Call Queue Management Overview.

6. To switch between Call Queue Management Overview and My Extension Home Page, select the Blue dropdown from the top right and select the page you wish to view.
