Setup Forwarding for your COX Phone
Objective:
At the end of this module you will be able to log into the COX MyAccount portal and setup call forwarding for you COX Business Phone.
If you do not know your COX MyAccount password, please refer to the article here to resetting your password.
Setup Call Forwarding
- Login to your Cox MyAccount Portal.
- Scroll down to Call Forwarding under My Services.
- Select the Checkbox for All Calls, enter your phone number for the Forward To, and select Save.
- To turn off the call forwarding, login to your account, navigate to Call Forwarding and un-check the box to forward all calls and select Save.
