Reconnect iPad to AirWatch

1. Go to the App Store and download Intelligent Hub.

(You will need to have an Apple ID account signed in to download an app.)

2. Once you have the app open, enter the following credentials, and select Next.
   • Email or Server Address: firstname.lastname@jetlinx.com

3. Select “Pilots – Managed VPP” from the selection list and select Next.

4. Enter the Username and password and select Next
   • Username: JetLinx\lastname
   • Password: you OKTA password

5. Select Next

6. Select Allow

7. Select Close

8. Select Continue and Open 

9. Select Open Settings

10. Select General > Profile > Workspace Services, Install

11. Enter your passcode if one is set
12. Select Install 

13. Select Install

14. Select Install

15. Select Trust

16. Return to the home screen and open the Intelligent Hub app
17. Select Done

18. Select I understand 

19. Select I agree

20. You can return to the home screen. Your iPad should download the necessary apps over the next 10-20 minutes.
