In order to access your virtual desktop from home please go to mypc.jetlinx.com
Your page should look like this...
Quick Option:
Click on the VMware Horizon HTML access (on the right)
You will then need to sign in with your username and password
You will need to approve the Microsoft Authenticator notification to allow the sign in attempt.
Now you select the desktop you want and you're done
Longer Option (More Advanced):
From mypc.jetlinx.com click on Install VMware Horizon Client
Now scroll down to your current operating system (ex. Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome)
Linux Users(red box):
Use the following link to find out if you have a 32 or 64 bit system.

Select the appropriate 32/64 bit download for your operating system
All other devices:
Select Go to Downloads, and click the blue Download button.
Follow the on-screen prompts to install the application, and run the application once installed.
Select New Server.
Enter the login server as: mypc.jetlinx.com and select Connect
Enter your Jet Linx Username and Password to login
You will be prompted for Microsoft Authentication, just like with the previous option.
Please note that for this, Microsoft Authenticator must be set as your default authentication method. If Authenticator is not set as your default or you need to set up Microsoft Authenticator, please follow the below guide:

Now you select the desktop you want and you're done
