In order to access your virtual desktop from home please go to mypc.jetlinx.com
Your page should look like this...
Quick Option:
Click on the VMware Horizon HTML access (on the right)
You will then need to sign in with your username and password
You will be prompted to select a second authentication method.
Please enter one of the following options for the 'Next Code'.
- 1 Entering this value you will need to open your Okta Verify app and enter the 6 digit code that is currently displayed on the screen.
- 2 Entering this value you will need to select 'Yes It's Me' to the notification that will appear on your phone from Okta Verify.
- 3 Entering this value you will receive a SMS message with a 6 digit code that you will enter on screen.
Now you select the desktop you want and you're done
Longer Option (More Advanced):
From mypc.jetlinx.com click on Install VMware Horizon Client
Now scroll down to your current operating system (ex. Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome)
Linux Users(red box):
Use the following link to find out if you have a 32 or 64 bit system.

Select the appropriate 32/64 bit download for your operating system
All other devices:
Select Go to Downloads, and click the blue Download button.
Follow the on-screen prompts to install the application, and run the application once installed.
Select New Server.
Enter the login server as: mypc.jetlinx.com and select Connect
Enter your Jet Linx Username and Password to login
You will be prompted to select a second authentication method.
Please enter one of the following options for the 'Next Code'.
