How do I reset my Password (App)?

This is the first screen you’ll see when you open the app. The first thing you want to do is click on the

Server Settings >

This brings up a screen that requires you to do three things. First: Enable https by clicking the toggle button

Second: Enter in the server –

Third: Enter in the port number – 443


When you’re done, it should look like this. Click Done after you’re finished.


The new screen should look like this. The picture at the top should now be a Jet Linx image.



You might get a notifications screen that looks like this. Click Yes



To enable the notifications you need to log in with your Jet Linx Credentials once. These are the same credentials that you log into the hub with.



From here you are logged into the app. You can either change your password or setup/change your security questions.


You can click on the button in the top left to switch between the two functions. Enrollment is for changing your security questions and changing password is for changing passwords obviously.
