Open a Shared Mailbox in Outlook on the Web
Objective:
At the end of this module you will be able to login to Outlook on the Web and open a Shared Mailbox.
Login to Outlook on the Web
- Navigate to jetlinx.okta.com and sign in. Once logged in, either type "Mail" into the search bar at the top and click on Microsoft Office 365 Mail.
Or you scroll down until you see the Microsoft Office 365 Mail icon, and click on it.
- Click on your profile image at the top right, and select Open another mailbox.
- In the Open another mailbox dialog box, type the email address of a mailbox that has been shared with you, and then select Open.
- If you have sufficient permissions to that mailbox, the shared mailbox will open up in a new tab. You can send and receive messages from that mailbox, as well as view all the historical emails that are stored in that mailbox.
