Login to RingCentral Web Admin Portal
Users can login to RingCentral Web portal via the Microsoft My Apps portal, or directly using the RingCentral Login page.
Microsoft My Apps Portal
Users can login to the Microsoft My Apps portal and open RingCentral from the applications list.

Open https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ in a browser. Sign in with your Jet Linx email and password, and complete any multi-factor authentication if prompted.

Scroll to the RingCentral app or search using the search bar and click RingCentral.
- You will be authenticated into the RingCentral application.
Direct Website Login
Users can login to the RingCentral website directly using SSO.

Open https://login.ringcentral.com/ in a browser. Enter your Jet Linx email and select Single Sign-on.

Validate you email is correct, and select Submit. If you are prompted to login to Microsoft, login with your Jet Linx email and password, and complete any multi-factor authentication if prompted.

After logging in you will be directed to the My Extension Home Page
My Extension Home Page
- To switch between Management Pages, select the blue dropdown from the top right and select the page you wish to view.
Add Additional Call Forwarding Options
***Modification of call handling rules should be taken carefully, and only after confirming with IT that the changes comply with RingCentral guidelines should changes be made. Not following these guides carefully can cause call mishandling and dropped calls.***
- After having signed into the RingCentral Web Admin and navigating to the My Extension page if necessary, select Call Handling Rules.
- Under Call Handling & Forwarding, you can add an additional number to forward calls to. Enter a cell phone number under the Mobile line, and make sure the Active switch is turned on. Leave the Ring For setting to default 4 rings.
- DO NOT adjust any of the below marked settings. Doing so will cause call mishandling and missed calls.
Add Contacts to Personal Contacts
- After having signed into the RingCentral Web Admin and navigating to the My Extension page if necessary, and select Contacts.
- On the Contacts page, select Personal of the left hand side of the screen, then select + Add Contact.
- In the pop up window, fill out the desired information for the user you would like to add, using any of the three pages of fields. When the desired information has been filled in, select Save to save the contact.
Export/Import Personal Contacts
- After having signed into the RingCentral Web Admin and navigating to the My Extension page, if necessary, select Contacts.
- On the Contacts page, select Personal of the left hand side of the screen, then select Export. Select Start Export on the pop up.
- Select Start Export on the pop up.
- A CSV file should have been downloaded. This can be imported into another RingCentral account. To import a contact file in RingCentral, on the Personal Contacts page, select Import.
- In the pop up window, select Upload and select the CSV file with RingCentral contacts. Once selected, verify the duplicate record setting and select Start Import. Once completed you will return to the contact list where you can verify the imported contacts.
- A CSV file should have been downloaded. This can be imported into another RingCentral account. To import a contact file in RingCentral, on the Personal Contacts page, select Import.
Check Voicemail

After having signed into the RingCentral Web Admin and navigating to the My Extension page, if necessary, select Messages.

From this page you can view your messages, listen to the audio recording or view the speech-to-text transcription, delete and forward messages.
